Couple of must listen podcasts

Spending some intimate time with my ipod of late and wanted to share two very cool podcasts updates.

The first is from Joseph Jaffe's Jaffe Juice podcast, featuring Frank Eliason from Comcastcares.

If you ever needed a business case for investing in twitter as a customer service tool, this gives it to you in spades. Great informal conversation, diving deep into a very strong case study.

The second is from For Immediate Release and features Shel Holtz taking part in a panel discussion on the topic of Social Media: Friend or Foe? While this may sound like familiar ground, the format is what makes this one special. Shel and a group of industry experts role play a conversation with a social media averse CEO, constructing responses to common questions.

Got to say, for those who are struggling to keep up with the buzz, or wanting to get agency or client teams involved in social media, a couple of key podcast sessions plus local Q&A would be a great place to start.
