Confessions of a lapsed podcast fan

Several years ago, I started getting into podcasts. I enjoyed the conversational podcast style and fact that my rather odd interests could be met. However I can track my stepping away from the true path of podcasting to the day I stepped off the treadmill at the gym.

Happy to report, I'm back on the treadmill, and have rediscovered the joy of podcasting. I use my 700 calorie burning, 60 minute sessions to catch up PR things (2.0 and otherwise) and meet my tech geek fix.

I'm listening to the following podcasts - thoroughly recommended...

PR
For Immediate Release: The Hobson and Holtz Report
Magazine / panel style show wrapping up news in PR and related tech. Nice global perspective with Asian input from Michael Netzley from SMU / Communicate Asia Blog. Also allows conversation and input via blogs, audio comments, phone-in lines etc.

Tech Geek
this WEEK in TECH
Surely the busiest person in podcasting, Leo Laporte and friends wrap up tech topics from the week. Irreverant, intelligent, running out of superlatives. Smart conversation.
